Joe Beck is back! And it's with a massive bang.
The hugely popular ex-cop from Nebraska turned unlicensed outlaw private eye who roams America righting wrongs and reaping riches will be back in action in Alastair Brown's third crime-thriller book.
The book, to be called Easy Money, will be the third instalment in the Joe Beck series, following up on Army of One which introduced the popular vigilante to the world in a gripping thriller set in McAllen, Texas, and Payback, a short action-packed thriller set in Trinidad, Colorado.
The new book will follow Joe Beck to a snowy Detroit, Michigan, in mid-November, where he’ll be hot on the trail of a murderous drug dealer wanted by the U.S. Marshals.
He'll be thrust into the heart of the action from the onset, as he bids to track the guy down, falling into the crosshairs of a sinister local crime syndicate who're extorting local businesses out of hoards of cash, by threatening the owners with acts of unimaginable violence.
However, in true Joe Beck fashion, one thing's for damn sure - once he’s sucked in, he’ll see it through to the end – one way or another.
With Alastair Brown currently hard at work applying the finishing touches, Easy Money is expected to be released in 2019.
